Every student room is equipped with a telephone line and handset, to allow friends and family to contact you. Also you are able to make outgoing calls. To do this you have to register your phone card by contacting Customer Services on 1413 and confirming the pin number on the back of your UNI KIT Card.

It is a prepaid card so you will have to register your credit/debit card. The minimum transaction amount is £10 for more information please see payment details below

How to Make Call

From your room

1) - Dial 1414

2) Enter the pin number (on the reverse of the card)(A voice prompt will announce the balance remaining on the card and give the dial tone)

3) Dial the number you require E.g. 0207 xxx xxxx for London)

4) Press *1 to disconnect # To make a follow on call or if you misdial

From a payphone

- Dial 0800 073 1155 and follow the instructions above

From a mobile

- Dial 0151 479 3343 and follow the instructions above
(This number can be used with ‘free minutes’ from your network please check with your mobile provider)
